Caspian Telecoms is an annual event in the field of telecommunications for Ministries of Communications, Regulatory Authorities, Telecom Operators/Companies of Turkey, the Caspian Region, Central Asia, Caucasus, CIS countries and the Black Sea region. The Conference will address current regulatory issues, most recent developments in the fields of fixed, mobile and satellite communications, internet etc. Information and Communication Technologies Authority of the Republic of Turkey will participate in the Conference this year as well.
